As soon as you have found the right one, you can click on “Apply here directly” at the bottom of the job advertisement and submit your application. In addition to your current CV, please also send us your possible start date and your salary expectations. A cover letter and references are optional. We want to get to know you and know what you are passionate about. Feel free to send us your self-initiated projects, your code on GitHub or anything else you would like to share with us.
We receive many applications from all over the world and check each application very carefully. Therefore, it can take up to 7 days before we get back to you. However, you will most likely receive an email from us within 3 days.
We are an international company with employees from many different countries. Therefore, English is our internal language of communication. Therefore, you should be able to speak and write English. For some roles (e.g., Sales Manager), German at a native level is also a requirement. You can find all the details about the language requirements in the respective job advertisements.

Yes, we process applications that come in from outside Europe. At the same time, we also have many non-European employees.
Yes, we support you in relocating from outside Germany. For this purpose, we work together with an agency that ensures smooth Blue Card processes. We also support you in finding accommodation and with bureaucratic challenges.
“Hire for attitude, train for skill” is our philosophy in recruiting. After all, you can learn anything if you have the right attitude. Feel free to send us your application, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
As a rule, our recruiting process includes the following steps:
1. call with HR for approx. 30 minutes.
2. interview with HR and the hiring manager of the respective position for 60 minutes.
3A. Peer interview with your future team for 60 minutes.
3B. Peer interview with your team and a small challenge for positions in development, marketing and sales for a total of 90 minutes.
4. we make you an offer and look forward to you starting with us.

We try to organise the recruiting process as lean, transparent, and fast as possible, aiming for a period of 2 weeks from the first call to the offer. However, it can sometimes take a little longer (even though we try to stick to this schedule 😊).
Sometimes, unfortunately, it didn’t fit at the time, and we had to reject your application. We would be very happy to receive your application again in our inbox. We do not have a cut-off time for applying after a rejection.
However, since we make all applications anonymous after the recruiting process has been completed for data protection reasons, it would be helpful if you sent us a note to that effect.
With a 40-hour week, we have core working hours from 10:00 to 16:00, as most colleagues are available during this period. If you work part-time for us, we will find a solution in consultation with you.
Our unwritten rule is that every employee can write emails and messages before 9:00 am or after 6pm but should not expect to receive immediate feedback. At the same time, we try to avoid overtime as much as possible. However, if it does happen, we try to compensate for overtime in the form of time off at short notice.
We have many different working time models and have found a solution for every situation. Therefore, you are welcome to apply for any position, even if you are available part-time.

We are extremely flexible when it comes to home office and will remain so even after the pandemic is over. Whether and when you come into the office depends on your preferences and your team.
That’s no problem either, if you let us know early enough so that we can take care of all the formalities. We always find a solution that meets your needs.
We have so many different working time models that we have already stopped counting. We want to find a solution that you are happy with. Many mothers and fathers are in key positions with us and have different needs in terms of their working hours. At the end of the day, family is the most important thing, and we support that 100%.
Of course, we will provide you with the hardware to work with. But that doesn’t stop at your laptop, where you have the choice between MacBook, Windows and Linux or an iPhone business phone. If required, we can also provide you with monitors, webcams, office chairs or anything else you need to be able to work productively at home.
